Grant Minskip

Great praise from Emily Bryant:

“Grant has turned his work around over the last few years, he has worked so hard and proved himself to be an integral part of the team. He has made so much of an effort that he has asked about one day training to be a supervisor on site if there is ever an opportunity.

In the meantime he has just been asked to secure all the properties and taken on a new role as cleaner/caretaker on a large site across multiple buildings.

He has come on leaps and bounds getting more confident, speaking and liaising with other departments and guiding new starters giving them clear instruction. He is keen to learn new things and really loves the new responsibilities he has been given. I honestly cannot believe the difference in this team member! “
