To support our team, and our employee retention, we have made them aware that as from April 2024, working parents of two-year-olds are eligible to claim 15 hours of free childcare per week, with codes available from 2nd Jan 2024.
The Government's Tax-Free Childcare scheme offers up to £2,000 a year per child towards childcare costs, including nursery and childminder.
Currently, a child aged three or four a parent or guardian can get up to 30 hours of Government-funded childcare a week. The exact number of hours differs depending on income, whether they (and partner, if they have one) work, and where in the UK they live.
