September Local Heros

Updated: Sep 29, 2022

A special thanks to all our employees for living the Glen Values!

Joanna Kwiatkowska

Sue Taylor Service Delivery Manager, wanted to say a big thank you!

Can I nominate Joanna my mobile for the local hero award, Joanne has been helping with cover and ferrying staff to sites to help deliver a great service. I am very grateful for all she does”

Laura Burns and her team at Somerset County Council

We received a lovely email from Katie Lowe our client: “I would just like to add a positive comment for the Glen cleaning company for the past few months. On three occasions I have had urgent cleaning needs and called on Laura last minute to see if she can assist, on all occasions she and the team have pulled through and reacted quickly and effectively....

I feel like this needs a mention as she has helped out the teams immensely by being so flexible, one urgent deep clean was for a PHN inspection at our resources for learning site and they really benefited from the building looking its best on such short notice.

I cannot fault the Glen company for last min reactive call outs, I have received a lot of thanks from the building users and would like to pass it on.”

Really wanted to pass on our thanks. Please don't move her anywhere else!! Bernice “

She has never taken a day off sick, and most recently, she’s been working late to cover, so the school remains up to standard. She has been an immense help, and we wouldn’t have survived without her.”
