Lucy Poole
Regional Director
I joined Glen Group in 2024 as Regional Operations Director, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight across a diverse national portfolio of more than 220 sites spanning the education and local authority sectors. I have extensive experience in facilities management and operational leadership, building my career delivering high-performing, customer-focused services across complex and demanding environments. Prior to joining Glen Group, I led integrated operational service delivery across all national corporate locations for a major law firm, managing a high-profile national legal sector account. Before this, I managed integrated facilities management services across major National Grid sites, delivering both strategic and operational, hard and soft FM services within a critical infrastructure environment. At Glen Group, I am focused on ensuring that strong communication, exceptional customer service, and a culture of continuous improvement are embedded throughout service delivery. I am particularly passionate about helping education and public sector organisations achieve the highest standards despite ongoing budgetary pressures, ensuring that services remain effective, sustainable, and something both Glen Group and its customers can be proud of. What I enjoy most about my role is supporting schools as they navigate the significant challenges presented by restricted budgets. Knowing that Glen Group can make a meaningful difference while delivering services that enhance learning environments is what makes my work especially rewarding. I hold a Master's degree in Facilities Management from Leeds Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Loughborough University. My combination of operational expertise, strategic thinking, and commitment to customer excellence enables me to drive positive outcomes for clients and colleagues alike. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my two young daughters and making the most of family life.
