Lucy Poole
Regional Director
With over 22 years’ experience in facilities management, I've had the privilege of working across both hard and soft facilities management, but what has always motivated me is working with people, solving problems, and helping organisations operate more effectively. Over the years, I've led large multi-site operations, managed multi-million-pound portfolios, and built strong, long-term relationships with clients across a wide range of sectors. Whether it's improving operational performance, leading teams through change, growing key accounts, or finding smarter ways of working, I enjoy bringing together the right people and strategies to deliver real, lasting results. I've worked with organisations in public sector, legal, manufacturing, logistics, pharmaceuticals, education, and critical infrastructure, so I'm comfortable stepping into complex environments and quickly understanding what matters most to each client. Every organisation is different, and I believe the best solutions come from listening first, building trust, and working collaboratively. For me, it's about far more than facilities management. It's about becoming a trusted partner—someone who understands both the operational challenges and the commercial objectives of a business, and who is committed to delivering practical solutions that create genuine, measurable value.
