We are delighted to confirm the re-accreditation for 3 years of our ISO external Audit.
The audit was held over 7 days, across the business in our offices and sites.
Our Senior Management were interviewed on the strategic direction of the business, it’s objectives and reviews, consultation and participation of employees and our acquisitions.
In our offices the focus was on our Quality Management System, procedures, documentation, and audit process, including fire, risk assessment, calibration of equipment, PAT testing and Training Records.
The auditor visited the Aspire Contract in Cornwall where a selection of schools were audited with huge success, and a selection of sites within the RCB portfolio, who verified that our processes, procedures, communication, and feedback mechanisms were in place and recognised by the team.
The auditor raised no issues and a recommended that Glen Group be Re-certificated for the next 3 Years for:
ISO 9001 - The Quality Management System
ISO 14001 - The Environmental System
ISO 45001 - The Health & Safety Management System
