About the Role
Glen Group are actively recruiting for a Permanent, Full-Time Grounds Maintenance tractor Driver, to join a well-established and growing cleaning business in the Stafford area.
You must be available to work Monday to Friday, completing 37-40 hours per week, which can be discussed, along with the salary, which depends on experience, in the interview process.
You will be working both alone & as part of a team.
We are looking for someone with knowledge of Grounds Maintenance and to be part of the Glen family, you will need to demonstrate diplomacy with fellow staff, customers, and your surroundings.
You must be trustworthy, well-organized flexible, and reliable with a keen eye for attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
· Riding a medium sized 100hp plus Tractor with Gang Mowing equipment
· Sports Line Marking (including initial start up)
· PA1 & PA6A
· Mowing Grass on Mowing Machinery
· Strimming
· Hedge cutting
· Hand Mowing
· Hedge & Scrub maintenance
· Ensuring safe working practices & recognition of risk management
Due to the above responsibilities, we do ask applicants have relevant experience using medium sized 100hp plus Tractors.
The ideal applicant would have the ability to pass an advanced level DBS check or have a current one which is no longer than 2 years old.
We also require each applicant to have a clean full UK Driving License with C1 and/or C1E entitlement which is preferred but not essential.
