We have introduced an enhanced Accident Reporting Process to ensure we consistently capture, monitor, and take appropriate action on all accidents and near misses across our operations.

Our managers have been trained on the updated procedures and reporting forms, which now capture more comprehensive information relating to accident reporting and RIDDOR requirements. The updated process improves transparency and clarity, with a clear focus on:
Enhanced information collection by line managers
Defined reporting timeframes
Senior-level oversight of all reported incidents
A new requirement ensures that all accident and near miss reports are reviewed by the Regional Operations Directors, guaranteeing senior management visibility and accountability. This strengthens follow-up actions and ensures lessons learned are effectively managed.
We continue to operate a dedicated reporting email for all accident and near miss forms:
Alongside this, we remain committed to monitoring and reviewing our safety protocols and providing ongoing training to ensure all services are delivered safely and responsibly — so that everyone goes home safely, every time.
We are also undertaking our annual Health & Safety Refresher Training, which will be completed across the business by 20th March 2026.
