I am delighted to announce the launch of the Glen Group Specialist Services Division, marking an important step in our strategic evolution.
This new division strengthens our service offering and enhances the value we deliver, positioning Glen as a long-term, comprehensive facilities partner. We have also successfully settled into our new office in Avonmouth, Bristol. This represents an important milestone in our continued growth. The new location strengthens our regional presence, enhances operational support, and provides a central hub for collaboration and service delivery.
Congratulations to our Grounds Operations Team, who have achieved accreditation from the British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI)— a recognised mark of quality and professionalism within the landscaping sector.
We have also introduced an updated accident reporting policy as part of our ongoing Health & Safety refresher training across the business, reinforcing our commitment to Safety First in 2026.
As part of our wider focus on wellbeing and making Glen a great place to work, we are seeking employee feedback on payroll processes to support continuous improvement. February also marked National Heart Month, where we reinforced awareness around heart health and preventative wellbeing with our teams.
