Accident Reporting – Updated Process

Following our recent Consultation and Participation Meeting, we have updated the process for reporting accidents and near misses.

What’s New

• The latest Accident Form and Near Miss Form (Version 5, July 2025) has been shared with the team.

• New sections have been added for Managers’ Comments and Clients’ Comments to capture essential details.

• The Accident Policy has been updated.

• A dedicated email inbox, compliance@glengroupltd.com, is now being used for all accident, near miss, and accident-related enquiries, helping us improve compliance and reporting.
