Jane Kirby has a wealth of experience working in environmental sustainability, ESG, social value and managing environmental certification programmes. Her passion for helping organisations improve their environmental performance and create meaningful social impact makes her a fantastic addition to the Glen Group family.

Jane works closely with teams across the business to help develop the Glen Group ESG strategy, sustainability objectives, and social value commitments as Glen continues to build a responsible, sustainable, and forward-thinking organisation.

Most at home where the trail begins, the horizon opens up, and nature has something new to reveal Jane is drawn to adventure and the quiet magic of the outdoors, Jane finds peace, inspiration, and a sense of purpose when connecting with the natural world.  When not working, Jane is involved in projects which promote the restoration of nature and improve biodiversity.
