Thank Your Cleaner Day: Celebrating Our Glen Colleagues

This Thank Your Cleaner Day, on 14 October, Glen Group is taking a moment to recognise the dedication, skill and care our cleaning colleagues bring to their work every day.

Across the country, our teams help keep schools, workplaces, healthcare settings and community spaces clean, hygienic and welcoming. From early morning starts to evening shifts, their work makes a difference to the people who use these spaces and the clients who rely on us. Our colleagues understand the needs of their sites, build trusted relationships and take responsibility for maintaining the standards our clients expect. Through our Local Heroes awards and service recognition, we celebrate colleagues who go above and beyond, alongside those whose consistent commitment makes them such valued members of their teams.

Thank Your Cleaner Day is also an opportunity for everyone to get involved. A personal thank you, a message of appreciation or sharing positive feedback with a colleague’s manager can help show that their contribution is recognised.

To every member of our cleaning teams: thank you for your hard work, your professionalism and the pride you take in representing Glen. You make a difference every day, and we are proud to have you as part of our team.
