Tenant Satisfaction Rises Following Communal Cleaning Improvements

Somerset Council has reported a significant increase in tenant satisfaction with communal areas following ongoing cleaning services delivered by the Glen Group team.
As part of its twice-yearly independent tenant survey, Somerset Council measures satisfaction across key services, including the condition and cleanliness of communal areas.
Results show a steady and encouraging improvement, with satisfaction rising to 82% in November 2025/26, up from 66% in 2024/25 and 76% in the first half of 2025/26.
The increase reflects the positive impact of consistent, high-quality cleaning services and the continued efforts of site teams working within communal spaces.
Somerset Council has recognised the contribution of the cleaning teams in helping to improve residents’ experiences and overall satisfaction.
