In Glen, we continue to reward those employees who pin for every shift with a chance to win £250 in our 'Pin It to Win It' Lotto.
The January winner is Shukri Hilowle from St David’s School in Cardiff. From 25th March 23, payroll will be moving to Pin to Pay.
This means that should an employee on a site with T&A not pin, the information on hours will not be sent to payroll and they will not be paid until the hours and the reason for the non-pinning is verified.
This action is to encourage pinning and accuracy of hours worked not to avoid paying.
