Meet Munashe - Our New Bid Manager

Glen Group has appointed Munashe Matutu as our Bid Manager, supporting the company’s continued growth across cleaning and Soft FM services.

Munashe joins the business with experience in IT service delivery and project management, having previously held roles as an IT Service Delivery Manager and Senior Project Manager.

His background includes managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering structured, client-focused outcomes.

In his role at Glen Group, Munashe is responsible for leading the development of tender submissions. This includes managing bid responses, coordinating input from internal stakeholders, maintaining and improving reusable bid content, and strengthening case studies and ESG materials. He also supports the production of clear, consistent, and commercially aligned submissions.

Outside of work, Munashe has an interest in fitness, technology, home improvement, gaming, geopolitics, and self-development.

Unusual fact: Munashe grew up in Zimbabwe, where he learnt how to speak English from watching sitcoms and movies!
