Meet David, Our Client Solution Director

We’re pleased to introduce David Draycott, who plays a key role in driving growth and building strong client relationships across Glen Group.

David began his career in the cleaning industry with Rentokil Initial, working in business development. Over the past 23 years, he has gained extensive experience across both blue-chip cleaning companies and family-run businesses, helping to secure new opportunities and support long-term business growth.

In his role as Client Solution Director, David focuses on building relationships with key clients and new prospects across the Midlands, the North, and Scotland. He works closely with teams to develop strategies that support sustainable growth and deliver the right solutions for clients.

Outside of work, David is a keen supporter of Nottingham Forest Football Club and enjoys going to the gym, walking, DIY projects, spending time outdoors, and networking.

A standout moment for David was completing a skydive from 13,000 feet in 2010 to raise money for charity.
