ISO recertification audit

We’re preparing for our annual ISO recertification audit, covering:

• SO 50001 – Energy Management

• ISO 9001 – Quality Management

• ISO 14001 – Environmental Management

• ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety

Our upcoming ISO audits will take place across selected sites—including Bristol, Staffordshire, and the Southwest—between 9–10 and 16–19 September. These audits reflect our ongoing commitment to sustainability, compliance, and operational excellence.

As part of our internal preparations, we’ve used our recent Participation and Consultation Meeting, along with our July employee briefing, to reinforce key areas of focus:

• Accident & Near-Miss Reporting

  Emphasising the importance of thorough reporting to promote a safer workplace.

• COSHH & Risk Assessments

  With Bunzl now our primary supplier, all COSHH assessments have been completed. Risk assessments across the business are fully up to date and accessible via our Document Management System.

• Driver Risk Assessments

  Currently, 90% have been reviewed and updated, with final preparations underway ahead of the audit.
