ISO Audit Success

Kim Stevens Business Improvement Director

We are delighted to share some excellent news following our recent audits. After a thorough process, Glen Group has been recommended for ISO 50001:2018 (Energy Management) certification, while also successfully passing our surveillance audits for ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety)…..

Most notably, we achieved these results with no non-conformances – a clear reflection of the hard work, dedication, and attention to detail shown across the business….

The auditor, Gerry, was highly complementary about the continuous improvements he observed in our documentation and records, noting how our systems strengthen year on year. This positive feedback is a direct result of the commitment and professionalism of our teams….

What do these ISO standards mean?....

  • ISO 9001 (Quality Management): Ensures we deliver consistent, high-quality services that meet client and regulatory requirements.

  • ISO 14001 (Environmental Management): Demonstrates our responsibility to reduce environmental impact and operate sustainably.

  • ISO 45001 (Health & Safety): Confirms our commitment to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees and stakeholders.

  • ISO 50001 (Energy Management): Focuses on improving energy performance, reducing carbon emissions, and supporting our net zero goals.

Together, these certifications underline Glen Group’s position as a responsible, forward-thinking organisation with strong governance and sustainability at its core…

A special thank you goes to everyone who contributed, particularly those who took part in interviews at Bristol, Stoke, and Wellington. Your input was invaluable and greatly appreciated.

This achievement is a significant milestone for Glen Group, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to excellence, compliance, and sustainability. It not only validates the strength of our systems but also highlights the teamwork and dedication of our people.

Congratulations to all involved – this is something we can all be proud of……
