Paul Fowler, Southern Regional Director and some of the team completed a comprehensive training session focused on hard floor maintenance, including stripping, sealing, and carpet cleaning.
The training covered key topics such as proper chemical dilution ratios, the importance of avoiding overuse of chemicals, and the unique characteristics of various types of flooring. I had the opportunity to engage fully with members of the South West management team at Glen Group, equipping them to cascade this training to field operators across the region.
The session included practical exercises using the I-mop XL for general floor care, including floor buffing, to ensure hands-on experience with the latest techniques.
We were also joined by Richard Greasley, the Bissell representative, introduced by Mark Silcox from Pattersons. Richard showcased some of Bissell's latest innovative cleaning solutions, making it a highly valuable day for everyone involved.
