At Glen, we want to reassure our clients that we are fully aligned with the latest legal requirements affecting employment practices, including updates related to:
Neonatal Care Leave
Fire and Rehire protocols
Prevention of Sexual Harassment in the Workplace
Our Employee Support team has thoroughly reviewed and updated our Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Really Useful Guides to reflect these changes. This ensures we continue to foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful working environment across all areas of our business.
This month, we also briefed all employees through our internal newsletter, Employee News@Glen, reinforcing our values of care, respect, accountability, and inclusion. Staff were reminded of how to report any breaches through our Grievance Policy — with all such matters monitored and reported monthly to our Board and Senior Leadership.
We also confirm that the National Living Wage increase from £11.44 to £12.21 per hour has been implemented, alongside changes to:
Employer National Insurance Contributions (NICs)
Statutory Sick Pay
Maternity, Paternity, Adoption, Shared Parental, and Parental Bereavement Pay
Our commitment remains clear: to maintain the highest standards of compliance and care for our people and our clients alike.
