Glen Group is proud to support Sands as the charity launches its ambitious new Strategy 2026–2031, setting out a vision for the next five years to reduce pregnancy and baby loss and ensure every bereaved family receives the care and support they need.
As a valued partner of Sands, Glen Group is honoured to contribute to the charity's mission of creating a world where fewer babies die and where anyone affected by pregnancy or baby loss receives compassionate support for as long as it is needed.

The new strategy has been shaped by thousands of voices from across the UK, including bereaved families, healthcare professionals, researchers, policymakers, volunteers and supporters. Sands has also worked hard to ensure that the experiences of communities who have not always felt seen or heard are reflected in its future plans.
Looking ahead, Sands will focus on three key priorities:
Expanding bereavement support services, including the introduction of counselling alongside existing peer and digital support.
Ensuring research leads to meaningful improvements in maternity and neonatal safety.
Equipping healthcare professionals with the knowledge, tools and training needed to help prevent pregnancy and baby loss.
Clea Harmer, Chief Executive of Sands, said:
"Everything we are able to achieve at Sands is because of the commitment and compassion of our partners. Together, we are driving change that will save babies' lives and ensure every bereaved family receives the care and support they deserve."
The strategy represents an important step forward in Sands' ongoing work and highlights the impact that collaboration can have in improving outcomes for families across the UK.
Glen Group looks forward to continuing its partnership with Sands and supporting the charity's vital work over the coming years as it strives to make a lasting difference to families affected by pregnancy and baby loss.
