Glen Group Team Takes on Peak District Challenge for Charity

On Thursday 14th May 2026, members of the CBRE GWS UK Procurement team, alongside a number of supplier partners, will take on an ambitious 20-mile trek across the Edale Skyline in the Peak District.

The challenge has been organised to raise vital funds for The Alzheimer’s Society, as well as to support the construction of a borewell in The Gambia, helping to provide access to clean water for local communities.

Representing Glen Group at the event will be Ross Barnes, Managing Director, and Richard Bateman, Regional Director for the North. In preparation for the challenge, Ross recently completed some vital training by climbing Snowdon in Wales, helping to get ready for the demands of the route.

This initiative reflects the strength of partnership working, bringing organisations together to support meaningful causes both in the UK and internationally.
