Capita/Entrust carried out an open tender process which was based on competitiveness, quality, sustainability, and capability. Following the successful conclusion of the tender, Entrust chose Glen Group as their new approved supplier.
The exciting contract will provide employment for 622 staff and with 200 plus sites.
Glen has provided Entrust with a competitive, efficient, sustainable service delivery model which will ensure that Entrust's clients receive a “best in class” service at all times.
The Glen mobilisation team led by Laura Barrow – Group Operations Director, are working with the Entrust management team to provide a seamless transition which will complete on August 1st.
This is a fantastic opportunity for Entrust and Glen and both parties are genuinely excited to be partnering in a long-term business relationship.
