Our Employee Assistance programme provides our employees with


  • Access to our own Employee Support

  • 24/7 GP, which provides a face-to-face appointments via webcam or phone camera with a GP at a time that suits .

  • Prescriptions authorised on the phone and deliveredThis is a free to all benefit to help employees deal with personal problems that might adversely impact their health and wellbeing.



This includes the following services for all employees and their immediate family.

Direct access to professional counsellors on the following: The App provides direct access to fully qualified, professional advisors through a free and completely confidential 24/7 telephone line.


Employee Counselling Service provides nationwide coverage, and the counsellors can deliver a range of trauma-specific interventions.


All counsellors hold a qualification in Counselling or Psychotherapy that is accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP)




Critical Incident Management Service provides a fully trained trauma counsellor or counselling team to be onsite, and we also have immediate access to 24-hour telephone support to assist with the management of the incident.
