Glen Group Benefits Ltd

We plan to bring all of the Group’s employees under the umbrella of a new payroll entity Glen Group Benefits Limited, this will provide access to a broader range of benefits and support.

In May we introduced the Glen Group App, for our employees where all of the benefits and services can be found and this is being further developed, from feedback and usage.

On the home page of the App, employees can find, payslips, pay dates, pension information, our Employee Assistance Programme and communications, together with as well as training.

When we launch our new benefits, they will be uploaded into the app as one portal of communication and benefits for our employees.

We will also be offering employees the services of Wagestream, which was founded with charities to improve financial wellbeing. It means that employees can choose their own pay cycle and be more in control of their budget by drawing down a portion of the money they have earned during the month before the end of the month.


Wagestream is driven by a social charter: every service it provides must measurably improve financial wellbeing. With organisations such as the NHS, BUPA, Hilton, Halfords and the CO-OP and many others currently using it.

We hope this offer some support to our employees during the cost-of-living crisis.
