Based at our head office in Bristol, Frank has become far more than just a familiar face—he’s a cherished member of the team.

Each morning, he arrives with Kim Stevens, our Business Improvements Director, trotting confidently through the doors as if he has a full day of meetings ahead. Over time, Frank has carved out his own role in the workplace, boosting morale, greeting colleagues and clients, and ensuring there’s never a dull moment.

Whether he’s making his rounds for attention, sitting in on discussions, or simply keeping watch from his favourite spot, Frank brings a unique energy to the office. His daily presence has quietly become an essential part of the team —proof that sometimes, the most valuable team members walk on four legs.
