Chairman Dave Seaton Celebrates 17 Years Supporting HorseBack UK

At Glen Group, we believe strong leadership extends beyond the workplace and into the communities we serve. That's why we're proud to recognise the longstanding commitment of our Chairman, Dave Seaton, who has served as Chairman of HorseBack UK since the charity was founded 17 years ago.

Established in 2009, HorseBack UK was originally created to support injured service personnel returning from active duty, helping them rebuild confidence, resilience and wellbeing through horsemanship and outdoor activities. Over the years, the charity has expanded its reach to support a much wider range of people, including NHS staff, care workers, young people and individuals living with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other mental health challenges.

Using the unique connection between people and horses, HorseBack UK delivers nationally accredited personal development and wellbeing programmes that provide people with practical coping strategies, life skills and renewed confidence. The charity's work has become widely recognised for the positive and lasting impact it has on those facing some of life's most difficult challenges.

Dave's dedication to HorseBack UK over the past 17 years has helped the charity grow from its original mission supporting wounded veterans into an organisation that now benefits people from across the community.

Everyone at Glen Group is incredibly proud of Dave's continued commitment to this remarkable charity and the life-changing work it carries out every day.
