As the seasons change, our focus shifts to preventive care, safety, and health protection in cleaning. Heading into the colder months, we will be undertaking the following key actions:

Enhanced risk assessments to address weather-related risks, including leaf clearance and slip hazards.

Retraining and equipment reviews, covering incident reporting, response procedures, and refreshing our Slips, Trips, and Falls Prevention through the Glen Aware video.

Germ and Virus Prevention reinforcing cleaning protocols on high-touch surfaces like door handles, lift buttons, and balustrades.

By staying proactive, we can maintain a safe, healthy, and professional environment for everyone through the colder months.
