As we approach the end of another busy year, I want to offer my sincere thanks to each of you for your hard work, professionalism, and teamwork. In a service where we are often only noticed when everything is running perfectly, your efforts ensure that our clients enjoy clean, safe, and welcoming spaces every single day.

This year, like many before it, has brought highs, unexpected challenges, and even a few moments that left us all wondering how things got that messy. Yet through it all, you have shown resilience, good humour, and a genuine commitment to maintaining high standards.

I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved together and deeply grateful for the care and dedication you bring to your work. Members of the leadership team have also shared their own personal messages of thanks.

As we enter the festive season, I encourage each of you to take some time to rest and look after yourselves — whether you celebrate Christmas, another tradition, or simply enjoy a well-earned break. Your wellbeing matters, and caring for yourself is just as important as the care and attention you give to others.
