Glen Group are recruiting for an experienced Area Cleaning supervisor, to assist our Area Cleaning Manager with our on-site cleaning teams over a growing portfolio of around currently 21 prestige sites (Warehouses, Office's & Education settings) in the M3/M4 Corridor, Alderholt, Farnborough & surrounding area's.

You will need to be available to work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week at £15.50 per hour.

Due to the different shift times within the portfolio, you must be available to work between the hours of 6am-8pm.

To be successful in the application process, you need to have a Full UK Driving License & be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS Check.

You will also need to be able to provide 5 years address history as Airport Clearance along with SC Clearance will be required & applied for before starting.

Cover Cleaning, Short Note Sickness & Holidays
Planning site visits with your Area Manager
Planning Staff Holidays
Dealing with on-site issues
Correcting cleaning issues
Carrying out on-site Audits with our Clients
Communication with our Clients
Training new starters
Refresh training to all Cleaning Employees
Be flexible on working times
Working closely with our Area Manager
Covering the Area Manager's Annual Leave
Experience is required and essential within the cleaning industry and supervision.
