As first responders, this specialist team is called upon following incidents that require highly specific cleaning protocols after crime scene investigations. Their work demands not only technical expertise and precision but also empathy, discretion, and deep respect for the sensitive nature of the situations they face.

In close collaboration with Gwent Police, the team consistently upholds the highest standards, balancing strict procedural compliance with compassion and understanding.
