Meet Laura Barrow our Group Operations Director

"I would like to take the opportunity to introduce myself as the Group Operations Director. I accept the position with gratitude and I'm excited to take a leading role within the group to support continuous improvement and stimulate growth.

Having previously served as the Managing Director at RCB Business Solutions Limited for many years, I bring an understanding of the operational challenges that we face on a daily basis in this industry and how these challenges affect the performance and service delivery to our clients.

I will be supported and work in close collaboration with Paul Fowler, Regional Operations Director for the South and Mike Brian, Regional Operations Director for the North and Wales.

I am passionate about ensuring a strong focus on quality, delivered in a safe and structured manner to drive a culture and commitment to caring for the team, doing the right thing with open communication amongst the group.

Looking further ahead, I want to align the operating model for the group to enhance performance and the focus on compliance in collaboration with the Operational Management Team.

Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with my family and friends. I have a young son and energetic cockapoo that keep me busy with hikes and bike rides."
