Every day, individuals among us go above and beyond, making a significant difference in our workplace and community. We have been celebrating our Local Heroes for nearly four years, and each of these individuals exemplifies the values we stand for at Glen.

While our managers highlight the incredible efforts of our Local Heroes each month, we want to encourage every team member to get involved in 2025. We are delighted to continue receiving nominations!

We received this lovely message from one of the teachers at one of our clients schools:

“I wasn't sure who to message about this but I am a teacher at a Primary School in Plymouth which uses your services. I wanted to highlight one of your great cleaners, MJ Davies who works for the Plymouth Branch:I just wanted to take a moment to share how truly incredible MJ is in her role here at school. She is, without a doubt, one of the most dedicated and hard-working people I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside.

MJ goes absolutely above and beyond in everything she does. Her attention to detail is outstanding – she’s incredibly thorough, never misses a spot, and her commitment to maintaining such high standards makes a real difference in our environment. It’s clear that she takes immense pride in her work, and it shows every single day.
