Glen shortlisted for Excellence in Training and Development

We’re delighted to share that Glen Group Ltd has been shortlisted for the Excellence in Training and Development Award at the 2026 Cleaning Excellence Awards. Our entry, Compliance, Training and Development, showcases how we’re making training easier to access for our frontline cleaning teams.

Our teams work across different sites and shifts, so they need to be able to find clear guidance when they need it. Through the Glen Group app and QR codes on site, colleagues can access short training videos and revisit key procedures on their phones.

We’ve also incorporated virtual reality into our training to give colleagues another way to practise skills in a controlled environment.

For us, good training means giving people the confidence to do their jobs safely and consistently, from their first day on site through to taking on new responsibilities. This shortlisting reflects the work of colleagues across Glen Group who create and deliver training, support their teams on site and share feedback on how we can improve it.

The winners will be announced on Thursday 3 December 2026 at the Coventry Building Society Arena. Congratulations to all the finalists, and thank you to everyone at Glen Group who has helped make our training more accessible and practical.
