Glen Group are actively recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, to join our well-established and growing Cleaning business in the EH2, EH3 & EH4 area's of Edinburgh.


You must be available to work Monday to Friday, 16:15-19:15, working 15 hours per week at £13.21 per hour.


We are looking for someone with knowledge of cleaning and to be part of the Glen Family.


This is a very hands on position, meaning Cleaning experience is prefered, however it is not essential as Training will be provided.


You will need to be trustworthy, well organised, flexible, and reliable with a keen eye for attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and support cleaning staff across multiple schools, ensuring compliance with cleaning schedules and standards

· Provide cleaning cover for absence and vacancies as required

· Conduct regular site visits to monitor cleanliness and performance, completing audits and addressing any issues promptly

· Provide training and support to cleaning staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge

· Maintain and monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and effectively

· Liaise with site client to ensure their specific cleaning needs are met

· Respond to Customer/ Site Team

· Follow all COSHH, H/S and colour coding.

· Use of Timegate for Actual pay

· Daily rectification of faults

· Cleaning a mix of areas thoroughly

· Must be hands on as covering sickness and holidays is a must.

· Must be able to train staff

· Carry out weekly inspections

· Communicate with our clients

· Be flexible on times

· High standards


A Full UK Driving License is required, you then have the option of using your own personal Vehicle with Mileage paid, or we can provide a Company Van or Car with a Fuel Card.
