Last month we explained to employees that as from 25th March 23, payroll will be moving to Pin to Pay.

This means that should they be on a site with Time & Attendance and not pin in or out of their shift, the information on delivered hours will not be sent directly to payroll and employees will not be paid until the hours and the reason for the non-pinning is verified.

Pinning has significantly improved, but ensuring that signing in and out of every shift is fully adopted, will enable us to ensure that all hours are verified before billing and also that employee’s payroll is correct.
