Glen Group require a Grounds Maintenance Experience / Team Leader / Operative, who will be required to work on Schools & Commercial Contracts in Stoke-On-Trent & Staffordshire.


Applicants must have relevant experience of working in Commercial GM setting.


Experience of Leadership with a focus on planning, customer satisfaction, working completion within an educational setting is essential.


You must be able to pass an enhanced level DBS check or having passed one which is no older than 2 years old.


The ideal individual would have a current clean Driving License, with hopefully C1 and/or C1E entitlement, which is preferred however not essential.


Skills ranging from:

· Sports Line Marking (desirable)

· PA1 & PA6A

· Ride on Mowing Machinery

· Strimming

· Hedgecutting

· Hand Mowing

· Hedge & Shrub maintenance

· Safe working practices & recognition of Risk Management

· Ability to communicate at all levels including site customer liaison


Salary is negotiable depending on experience... this can be discussed in the interview process.
