Glen Group are actively recruiting for a Full-Time, Permanent, Experienced Area Cleaning Mobile Supervisor required to assist our Area Cleaning Manager with our on-site cleaning teams over a growing portfolio of around currently 21 prestige sites.

The portfolio ranges from Warehouse cleaning, Office cleaning and Education cleaning in the West Berkshire, M3/M4 Corridor.

You will need to be available to work Monday to Friday. Due to the different shift times within the portfolio, you must be available for work between the hours of 6am to 8pm for 37.5 hour per week at £15.50 per hour (£30,255 per annum). You will be entitled to 20 days Annual Leave plus 8 Bank Holidays.

Requirements:

Full UK Driving License is required, as you will be provided with a Company Vehicle.
Must be willing to undergo a Enhanced DBS.
5 year UK working history required as Airport Clearance along with SC Clearance will be required and applied for on start.

You will be responsible for:

Cover cleaning, short notice sickness, + holidays.
Planning site visits with your Area Manager
Planning staff holidays.
Dealing with on-site issues
Correcting Cleaning issues
Carrying out onsite cleaning Audits with our clients.
Communication with our clients.
Visiting our on-site cleaning teams
Communication with our staff
Training new starters.
Refresh training to our staff
Be flexible on working times.
Working closely with our Area Manager.
Covering the Area Manager Annual Leave Experience is required and essential within the cleaning industry and supervision. Full Training and support will be provided.
