About the Role
Glen Group are actively recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Operative, to join our well-established and growing Cleaning business in the Gloucestershire area.
You must be available to work Monday to Friday, working 20-30 hours per week at £13.50 per hour.
You must be able to be flexible with your hours, as most days may change at last minute, due to last minute Sickness which will need covering and most hours will be after 2pm or before 9am most days.
We are looking for someone with knowledge of cleaning and to be part of the Glen Family.
This is a very hands on position, meaning Cleaning experience is prefered, however it is not essential as Training will be provided.
Please also be aware that a DBS check will need to be completed, upon becoming successful of the job role.
You will need to be trustworthy, well organised, flexible, and reliable with a keen eye for attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer comments
• Daily contact with Customer/Site Team
• Daily rectifying of faults
• Daily communication with your Manager
• Ensure specification is fully compliant
• Follow all COSHH, H/S & Colour Coding
• Training new & existing Employees
• Standing in at short notice, to cover SIckness & Holidays
• Training Cleaning Operative's
• PAT Testing
