About the Role
Glen Group are actively recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Operative, to join a well-established and growing cleaning business in the Plymouth & surrounding areas'.
You must be available to work Monday to Friday, working 35 hours per week at £13 per hour.
The 35 hours need to be flexible as the business we are in can be unpredictable & due to being responsible for covering sickness & holidays, hours may vary each day.
This is a hands on cleaning position, cleaning experience preferred.
DBS will be taken upon appointment.
We are looking for someone with knowledge of cleaning and to be part of the Glen family.
You must be trustworthy, well organized flexible, and reliable with a keen eye for attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer comments
• Daily contact with Customer / site team
• Daily rectifying of faults
• Ensure specification is fully compliant
• Follow all COSHH , H/S and colour coding
• Training new and existing employees
• Standing in at short notice to cover Sickness & Holidays
• Training Cleaning Operative's
• Visiting sites across areas' mentioned in this advert
